Delete your account

1. 1On Home, tap your photo at the top of the screen: the menu opens.
2. 2Tap “Settings”, scroll down and tap “Delete my account”.
3. 3Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

If you have Premium, also cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings: deleting your account does not stop it.

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”, giving your phone number and your username. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you. We handle it within 30 days.

• Your account: name, number, e-mail, username and password.
• Your profile: country, city, church and assembly.
• All your reports and items.
• Your spiritual authorities, your requests, and your place in the lists of members who had added you.
• Your event registrations.
• Your prayer lists, your retreats and your importunity topics (the ones you created also disappear for the people you had invited).
• The phones registered for notifications, and the announcements you received.

• Events, news and photos you published as an administrator stay for the community, without your name.
• Prayer topics you published as an administrator stay, without your name, and your proclamations still count in other people's importunity topics.
• On your phone, your daily goals, favorite hymns and settings stay until you remove the app.
• Your Premium subscription continues until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Your purchase history stays with Apple or Google, and with RevenueCat under your account number, without your name.
• Crash reports are erased by Google after 90 days.
• Backups are erased within 30 days.
• Registration lists that an organizer exported before your request remain under their responsibility.
